How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs 450 per order anywhere in Sri Lanka, and free on orders over Rs 2,000.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express (secured by PayHere), in instalments with KOKO or Mintpay, with LankaQR, by bank transfer, or with cash on delivery.
Where does your tea come from?
Our tea is sourced from three historic tea factories in the Kandyan hills — Embilmegama, Pilimathalawa and Arabegama. Each brings its own character: brisk clarity, classic Kandyan strength and rounded sweetness.
How should I store my tea?
Keep it airtight, away from light, heat, moisture and strong smells. Stored well, loose leaf tea stays fresh for up to two years.
Do you offer wholesale or corporate gifts?
We do! Hotels, cafés and companies can contact us for wholesale pricing and custom gift boxes.
Can I return a product?
If something is not right with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
