    • 3 g per 250 ml

Cover the cup while it steeps to keep the aroma in.

    • 5 g per 250 ml

Brew double strength — the ice will do the rest.

Three golden rules

  1. Use fresh, cold water every time you boil the kettle.
  2. Measure the leaf — about one heaped teaspoon per cup.
  3. Watch the time: over-steeping makes any tea bitter.

Storing your tea

Keep tea airtight and away from light, heat, moisture and strong smells. A cool cupboard is perfect; the fridge is not.
